Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange of goods are permitted under the following conditions:

- If made no later than 14 days from receipt of the order
- If previously authorized and agreed,
- If the goods are intact and not damaged;
- If accompanied by an original receipt.

Replacement

The customer will have to prepare and ship the package and pay the costs.
As soon as we receive your package, we will send you a request for payment of the expenses to cover the delivery shipment of your change.

Refund

The customer will have to prepare and ship the package and pay the costs.
Once authorized, the customer must take care of shipping the package with original receipt to receive the refund excluding shipping costs
The refund will be issued on the payment method chosen for the purchase.

Coupon

The customer will have to prepare and ship the package and pay the costs.
As soon as we receive your package you will receive a coupon with an expiration date of December 31 of the current year.
